  • Description – Garlic is a species of bulbous flowering plant in the onion genus Allium. It is most commonly used for conditions of the heart and circulatory system. These include high blood pressure, high cholesterol or other fats (lipids) in the blood (hyperlipidemia), and hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis).
  • Application – Garlic Oleoresin is used to flavour a variety of foods. It is used as an antiviral and anti bacterial agent, for lowering the blood pressure and cholesterol production in the liver, as well as to suppress the level of harmful cholesterol and raise the beneficial high-density lipoproteins in the blood.
